Insider Trading on MERC
At the request of a discord user: https://preview.redd.it/ausm2cqxa6xf1.png?width=1496&format=png&auto=webp&s=8e03e27aa136ad3b4352827b0f532551bae1a18e I had called out the buys and sells on this stock a few times before – but this recent heavy buying looks good to me. As that user pointed out, they’re a canadian lumber company, and the stock is taking a beating from recent political issues. Howwever, looks like some conviction to me, and really not much downside left for them. submitted by /u/RelevantAside_
The Best Insider Trading Tools for Smart Investors
If you’ve ever tried to keep up with insider trading activity, you know how overwhelming it can feel. Every day, thousands of trades are reported to the SEC. Some are meaningful, like a CEO buying a large block of stock, but most are just noise. The problem? Finding the trades that actually matter takes hours …
Konrad, why not as many posts/trades lately?
my young grasshoppers, let me show you a chart https://preview.redd.it/36hur7pxfjwf1.png?width=1734&format=png&auto=webp&s=54345e73ebedb6d5f5a4bf4665aff77cba876201 I love this chart. This is insider buys vs SPY, and what we call a SIN WAVE. the red dotted line indicates the general expected trend of insider buys. Every approximately 3 months we see a big dip in insider buys. (and this one has been especially rough) But why? Earnings seasons! Insiders buying too close to the reporting of their companies earnings can be
Week of 10/13/25 – one of the worst returns historically
Hi everyone, People sometimes message me and ask “well do you ever post any losses” well let me show you This week, on thursday, QNRX was the top alerted stock – and from open to close it fell almost 25%! This is the 8th worst single day performance from a stock after an insider trade in 6 years! (including covid!) The worst part, was that with the low insider trading alerts volume recently, this was
YYAI – why timing matters
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1674440/000209162925000003/xslF345X03/primary_doc.xml interesting lesson on why timing matters here this insider bought a shit ton of stock, and spiked the price this morning around 9 am. On stock chart you can see the spike, and then drop off. that’s why we target the after hours filings – because market doesn’t have time to react before we get in the next morning/we are operating with more knowledge of the stock reaction that day than everyone else aka
SEC EDGAR Is currently down due to government shutdown – what this means
Hi everyone, Looks like there are no filings coming through today at all. This is likely due to govt. shutdown. It may mean that there are no insider trades until govt comes back online (this would really suck for me) https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcurrent – as you can see no filings for today submitted by /u/RelevantAside_
WTI – LONG term possible alert
nsider Tracy Kohn, CEO of WTI, bought over $500k of her own stock on the open market this past week. Filing here: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1288403/000110465925096677/xslF345X03/tm2527967-1_4seq1.xml This is the first insider buy on WTI since 2021 – the last buys occurring before a huge run up. I normally only track buys, because sells are easier to disguise by insiders (they can be filed under a variety of classifications, since sells can be spun into debt obligations and used
Subreddit reading recs!
Hi everyone, I’ve found these subs to be good for research and trading learning. I want to put them out there in case anyone else finds them interesting as well. https://www.reddit.com/r/KrakenStockResearch/ – good analysis and is currently free. wouldn’t be surprised if this guy launches some kind of newsletter soon, but high effort posts. https://www.reddit.com/r/TradingEdge/ – this guy elevated my trading game. I think he translated his subreddit into a free community online, but lots
Insider Trading Alerts Weekly Recap
Hi everyone, As usual, posting here the results for the week if you were to buy each stock alerted at insidertradingalerts.ai at market open, and sell at market close. This consistent methodology allows you to see the passive success of the alerts, without having to do anything more complex than submit orders and forget about them. I am working currently on a bot that will just trade it all for me, and eventually packaging that
