Insiders SCORED BIG on Resideo Technologies, Inc. (REZI) š +50% Gainsā¦ Hereās How I Knew!
Hi everyone. Konrad with Insider Trading Alerts here. So today I wanted to go over a longer term trade that I think was really great and can really highlight some of the predictive power that some of these insider trades have. So for example, here we’re looking at this stock REZI. On the 60 minute chart. And you can see I have marked here where my long term alert came out, which I’ll bring up here in a second, but it’s all the way down here at $31, and I guess it’s cut off on my screen, but that’s, you know, around late August here, and since then, it’s going on this great 20% run. But how do you know? Or how do you even begin to approach something like this and say, oh, instead of taking a day trade, I’m going to take out a longer position. So this is one of those cases where I post sometimes how these are these longer term alerts. And in this case, I just wanted to highlight. You know, I posted this four months ago, and I said, look, there’s this pattern of buys here and sells high. And look, we’re seeing buys again four months ago. Right? And the stock was around $20. So since then up 50%. And then I made another post, ten days ago, and I’m recording this on September 15th. But ten days ago, I said, look, they’re buying an even higher and higher prices that we’ve never seen them by their own stock this high. So knowing this and looking at this pattern of insider trading, I said, okay, I think these guys are pretty good at trading their own stock. Well, I think I’m going to follow. And so we bring it back right to okay, this is how I knew that this might be a good entry point. If the insiders are buying at this very high price, then I should too.
